We're looking for a highly organized and driven Assistant Project Manager in the LA market who is eager to build their career while contributing to exceptional luxury retail, residential, and commercial construction projects.

If you're passionate about construction, enjoy solving complex challenges, and want hands-on exposure to every phase of a project, from preconstruction through closeout, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 1–3 years of construction project management experience, internships, or related industry experience
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Experience working on high-end retail, luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial construction projects
• General Contractor experience
• Experience with Procore and/or Sage 300
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working on a computer
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
