Pay & Incentives Mileage Pay: $0.64 – $0.69 CPM (Based on experience) Average Weekly Pay: $1,500-$1,600 (Top earners make up to $1,683/week) Consistent Annual Earnings: Average $78,389 – $87,557 per year Stop Pay: $15 per stop (after first pickup and first delivery; averages 2 stops/week) Detention Pay: $15/hour after 2 hours (up to 9 hours max) Schedule, Route, & Equipment Predictable Home Time: 6–8 days out, followed by a planned 34-hour reset at home. The Lane: Operating along the I-95 corridor from Southern Maine down to Florida. Steady Miles: Averaging 2,000 miles per week. No-Touch Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van. Premium Equipment: Late-model trucks equipped with automatic transmissions. Convenience: Truck parking is permitted at home or a secure location near your home.
