Your day will involve: Starting conversations with customers Introducing current campaigns and explaining key information Identifying interest and answering questions Building rapport with different types of people Working toward individual and team goals Representing clients professionally throughout each interaction What We're Looking For You don't need extensive sales experience to be considered. We're looking for people who are: Confident and comfortable talking to new people Friendly, professional, and reliable Motivated by goals and results Quick to learn and open to feedback Comfortable working in an active, customer-facing environment Ready to work as part of a team while taking ownership of their own performance Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience can be helpful, but communication ability, attitude, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
