As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's IT Site Reliability Engineering Center (SRC), you will be based in and work from one of PNC's IT Hubs: Denver, Colorado; Phoenix, Arizona; Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Birmingham, Alabama; Dallas, Texas.Key skills required include: Java Spring Boot, OpenShift and Kubernetes, API troubleshooting and Postman, Dynatrace, Elasticsearch and Logscale, MQ, Kafka, event based programming, and database experience with MongoDB and Oracle.The SRC (Site Reliability Center) is a 24/7 operation and you will be required to participate in a on-call rotational support team which may include resolving critical systems issues during off hours.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.Facilitates complex problem resolution.Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues.
