Lemon Law Attorney

The ideal candidate will have experience handling California Lemon Law matters from pre-litigation through resolution. You'll manage your own caseload, work directly with clients, and collaborate with experienced litigators to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of California Lemon Law matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy Take and defend depositions as needed Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel Communicate directly with clients and provide case updates throughout the litigation process Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to efficiently manage cases Qualifications Active membership in the California State Bar 2+ years of civil litigation experience required 2+ years of California Lemon Law litigation experience preferred Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy abilities Ability to independently manage a caseload while meeting deadlines Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Required Skills Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy abilities Preferred Skills 2+ years of California Lemon Law litigation experience preferred Pay range and compensation package Competitive base salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for long-term career growth with an established and expanding firm #J-18808-Ljbffr LumenCeler Group
