RevOps Lead Associate Director, Remote

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale our RevOps practice. This is a senior, client-facing role blending people leadership with deep Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot expertise.
You'll supervise a team of RevOps Strategists, guide architecture, audits, and implementations, and stay hands-on to solve complex technical challenges while communicating clearly to executives.
