Senior Payroll Analyst

Experienced payroll professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Payroll Analyst, responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for US and Canadian employees, managing equity compensation payroll, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end payroll operations for US and Canadian employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs Act as the primary payroll point of contact for employees and stakeholders, resolving inquiries with professionalism and urgency Lead payroll system operations in Workday, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting in collaboration with HRIS Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience managing payroll in Workday, with a focus on full-cycle payroll for US and Canadian employees Deep understanding of equity compensation payroll, including RSU, NSO, and ISO taxation and reporting requirements Experience supporting month-end close, including journal entry preparation and reconciliation of payroll-related GL accounts Strong knowledge of US payroll tax laws and Canadian payroll regulations Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
