Sales Engineering Team Opportunity

The Sales Engineering team acts as a technical and strategic partner in the sales cycle, with a focus on unlocking and enabling business opportunities in Brazil. The role of Sales Engineer is to diagnose the technical needs and pain points of large merchants and design scalable solutions that connect our ecosystem (including apps, integrations, and customized services) to the real value of the client's business, being the link that ensures the technical viability and support of the solutions proposed in conjunction with the product, technology, and sales teams.

The Scope Of Your Challenge

• Understand deeply the technical needs and pain points of merchants to identify viable solutions within our ecosystem, actively participating in the sales cycle;
• Conduct technical discovery processes and data analysis to validate hypotheses and design experiences that simplify complex flows;
• Build structured technical documentation, defining clear scopes for APIs, integrations, and customized flows;
• Collaborate actively with Account Executives, Product Managers, and Engineers to define solution strategies that ensure the greatest impact for the client;
• Present technical solutions during the sales cycle, acting as a technical reference for internal and external stakeholders;
• Build proof of concepts (PoCs) for merchants, ensuring consistency with our product guidelines;
• Accompany the project kick-off and technical delivery, ensuring that the execution is aligned with the roadmap and quality standards;
• Utilize AI tools to optimize and design integration architectures with agility.

What We Are Looking For

• Solid experience in technical solutions for e-commerce, acting in the design of system architectures and integration of platforms;
• Practical knowledge in the consumption and integration of REST APIs, ERPs, WMSs, and e-commerce systems;
• Clear, proactive, and assertive communication skills to easily navigate between the technical and commercial context;
• Ability to solve complex problems with systemic vision, clarity, and focus on business impact;
• Familiarity with the creation of technical documentation and the elaboration of flowcharts or solution designs;
• Experience or strong interest in the use of AI tools (such as Claude) applied to the design of architectures and automation of processes.

Additional Advantages

• Knowledge of the ecosystem of e-commerce agencies and partners in Brazil;
• Previous experience in the role of Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting B2B/SaaS;
• Spanish for exchanges with teams in Argentina and Mexico.
