Live-In Resident Director — Student Success & Community

Mid-America Christian University

Mid-America Christian University is seeking a Resident Director (RD) to foster an engaging community that promotes respect for diversity and student success. The RD will oversee Residential Assistants, supporting planning and implementation of retention and academic programs. This live-in position emphasizes servant leadership and requires passion for creating a supportive environment for students.
