Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Compensation: 60% of Revenue Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team as an independent contractor. This flexible position offers a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week with in-person availability for at least 16 hours per week (mix of days with at least 2 afternoon/evenings). While 24 hours is the baseline, we welcome the possibility of additional hours based on availability. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and expanding psychiatric services, working closely with counselors as part of an integrated care team. The position is structured as a 1099 contract, offering a combination of in-person and telehealth ambulatory work. Qualifications and skills: * Required Board License - PMHNP. * Ability to commit to at least 24 hours of availability per week. * Willingness to work more hours as needed * Need to be open with 1099 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and a self-starter. * Ability to function as an effective member of an integrated healthcare team. * Two years relevant clinical health experience preferred.
