Salary:
Cahills Construction, Inc. is looking for a Construction Estimator to join our team in Rolla, MO. This is an entry-level, full-time position with opportunities for growth. Youll work alongside experienced estimators and project managers, learning how to prepare accurate bids and support preconstruction efforts.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings and specifications to perform quantity take-offs
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals
- Contact subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing
- Track bid schedules, addenda, and proposal deadlines
- Provide general support to the Preconstruction team
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer applications
- Good communication and organizational skills

Location Requirement:
This is an in-person role based inRolla, Missouri. Applicants must be willing to relocate prior to starting work.
