Team members join a service-oriented environment that emphasizes safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction. Role Description The Charter Bus Driver at CharterPro is a role based in Anaheim, CA. The Bus Driver safely operates charter buses for scheduled trips, transporting passengers such as sports teams, corporate groups, and community organizations to and from their destinations. Daily responsibilities include performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, following assigned routes and schedules, adhering to traffic laws and company safety standards, and maintaining a clean and orderly bus. The role also involves assisting passengers with boarding and luggage as needed, providing courteous customer service, communicating clearly with dispatch and clients, and documenting trip logs or incident reports in accordance with company policies. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Bus Driving skills, with a clean driving record and experience operating large commercial vehicles. Candidates should possess strong ability to plan routes, adapt to changing client requests and utilize GPS effectively and efficiently Candidates should possess solid Defensive Driving skills and a strong focus on safety, compliance, and hazard awareness. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent professional driving education, including knowledge of DOT regulations and local traffic laws. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse passenger groups and handle questions or concerns calmly. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for passenger transport. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by trip schedules. Physical ability to sit for extended periods, assist with luggage, and perform vehicle safety checks.
