We are looking for a talented, driven, energetic individual to help accelerate our efforts, deepen team skills and be an integral part of our solutions-centric culture.Must Have2+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry preferred2+ years coding Service Now features or similar platforms preferredExperience with ITIL Foundation level and other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficialExperience with Web Services, API's, Database-level integrations/ETLExperience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working a SaaS environmentExperience in driving design and strategy around toolsKnowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other technologiesDegree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical development rolesTechnical SkillsServiceNow DevelopmentFamiliar with CMDBStrong in IMDBITOM nice to haveNot just off the shelf knowledge, need manipulation, thought leadership, etc. actual applied knowledge, need to modify configurations, set table structures within SNOW
