Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 3:1
• Care for an adult patient population, with the majority of patients aged 50 and above
• Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
• Float to other units as required based on facility needs
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements including pre-start and orientation modules

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Must be available to complete all pre-start compliance requirements, including labs within 48 hours of signing and PA fingerprinting if applicable

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with adult ICU patient populations
