Location: Bergey's Truck Center, Pennsauken NJ

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience

Summary:

Supports the parts and dealership locations within the commercial division. Develop and Implement sales processes and training with coordination and support from the Regional and Location Leadership. Coach, train and mentor outside parts sales team and internal sales team. Will be responsible to identify selling skills gaps with our parts sales team both inside and outside. Improve Sales Effectiveness within commercial parts.

Essential Duties:

Team Strategy

• Develops and implements sales processes with support from the Regional and Location leadership teams.
• Conducts market analysis and communicates changes to stakeholders.
• Supports sales team and locations on executing business plans.
• Participates in marketing initiatives and events.

Team Support & Development

• Support in hiring, training, and motivating outside/inside sales staff.
• Tracks and Identifies Selling Skills Gaps of sales team.
• Supports vendor training and joint sales calls with coordination from Regional Sales Management.
• Evaluates training effectives and recommends improvements.
• Conduct coaching sessions to help sales team overcome objections and improve performance.
• Works with Regional Leadership on creating training materials, workshops and onboarding in support of the sales team.

Operational Duties

• forecast goals and prepare budgets.
• Attend management and departmental meetings.
• Liaises with factory representatives and internal departments to support product knowledge enhancement.
• Maintains a safe and professional work environment.

Collaboration

• Works closely with Parts Managers to develop both inside and outside sales teams. Partners with Regional Sales Managers and Parts Managers to identify training needs and develop customized solutions for sales team members.
• Supports One Bergey initiatives across the organization.

Other

• Performs additional tasks assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
