Live Well Healthcare Solutions   is seeking a Server to work in a Nursing Facility.

Focus

• Close supervision, high patience, and strict adherence to texture-modified diets.

Server Position Summary:

• The Server provides a supportive dining experience for residents who require a higher level of daily personal care and may have cognitive or significant physical impairments. The role is in a small, intimate, and quiet environment designed to reduce over-stimulation. The layout is compact to allow for constant line-of-sight supervision of all residents.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Must be highly proficient in reading tray cards and recipes to ensure residents receive the correct food consistency and nutritional supplements.

• Maintain a calm, patient demeanor when serving residents who may take longer to communicate or eat, ensuring a dignified experience despite frequent interruptions.

• Efficiently handle various work routines, including preparing simple food items, serving heavy trays, and managing soiled dishes and linens.

• Maintain a sanitized environment by following specific protocols for cleaning work areas with medical-grade agents and chemicals.
