ASRC Federal System Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Network Security Engineer to join our team at Blossom Point Tracking Facility (BPTF) in Welcome, MD.

Role/Responsibilities:

• The Network Security Engineer shall provide technical engineering with a focus on security in all phases of network design, development, operation and management

• Assist with the integration of new missions into the Blossom Point baseline by planning and executing communication solutions, resolving issues and adding new capabilities to the infrastructure

• Work with Project Mangers to define the required external communications for new projects

• Work with the Cyber security team to determine the security posture of all network devices

• Assist with scans, patches, and testing

• Assist with RMF drawings and documentation

• Create and update communications diagrams, flow charts, and other documentation

• Work with on-site System Administrators to integrate new equipment onto networks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 2-4 years' experience in Network engineering or equivalent experience required

• CompTIA Security+ certification highly desired

• Cisco Network certifications highly desired

Security Clearance

• Minimum Interim Secret clearance to start. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
