Online Crisis Counselor — 24/7 Suicide Prevention

Volunteers of America Western Washington seeks an Online Crisis Counselor to respond to 988 chats and texts, delivering empathetic crisis support using intervention techniques. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field, English fluency, and a 35 WPM typing test. You will conduct safety assessments, coordinate with the crisis team, and maintain HIPAA compliance.
