Lab Assistant - Core Lab
$17.75 - $18.5 per hourLabCorp
Lab Assistant position in Dublin, Ohio supporting specimen processing and laboratory operations. Responsibilities include receiving, preparing, and scanning clinical specimens, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and prepare clinical specimens for testing
Perform data entry and scanning of specimen and patient information
Monitor laboratory equipment functionality and conduct routine maintenance
Maintain clean and safe work environment; replenish supplies
Complete administrative records and troubleshoot specimen-related issues
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfort handling biological specimens and accurate identification skills
Basic computer knowledge and data entry proficiency
Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
Preferred: 3+ months specimen processing or medical/laboratory experience
Compensation: $17.75 - $18.50 per hour
