Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled CT Tech to provide exceptional imaging services in a busy hospital setting. This full-time travel position offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment and a collaborative team for a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities:

Operate multi-slice CT scanners to perform diagnostic imaging procedures accurately.
Prepare patients for scans, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the process.
Follow department protocols and safety guidelines while maintaining image quality standards.
Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records using the EMR system.
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to deliver timely and precise imaging results.
Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring optimal scanner performance.

Qualifications:

Hold ARRT (R) (CT) certification and current BLS certification.
Possess a minimum of 6 months of recent CT Technologist experience.
Demonstrate proficiency with GE equipment, Meditech, and Centricity PACS.
Have experience with trauma-level imaging, including trauma I or trauma II scenarios.
Be highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Exhibit excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
