About the Opportunity

Established grocery retailer is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at a Northern California location. This role requires a proven grocery leader with strong experience in operations, labor management, financial performance, and team development.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
Annual Bonus Opportunity
Potential for 6th Day Overtime Pay
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Regular Days Off: Sunday & Tuesday
Relocation Assistance Available

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of daily store operations
Drive sales, labor performance, and profitability
Lead and develop department managers and store personnel
Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Ensure exceptional customer service standards
Analyze business results and implement improvement initiatives
Maintain operational excellence across all departments

Required Qualifications

2-3+ years of Store Manager experience
Understanding of labor management, sales, and P&L accountability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong leadership and communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

Grocery retail management experience
Extensive grocery industry experience
Knowledge of California labor laws
Experience managing fresh departments
Strong employee engagement and development background
