Position Type On‑Call Wage Range RN: $34.23 – $40.75 per hour depending on experience LPN: $28.41 – $36.29 per hour depending on experience Location 310 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, MN 55313 Nurse Responsibilities Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident-related care. Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition and takes follow‑up action as necessary. Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift. Nurse Qualifications In good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and hold a current MN Nursing license. Current BLS certification required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Self‑starter with a desire to be part of a team.
