Location 8180 FM 1895, Kaufman, Texas 75142 Responsibilities Learn all aspects of safe and successful work on solar projects. Operate hand tools including tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes. Perform general labor duties on solar project sites. May serve as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Work extended hours, up to 12 hours per shift. Work overtime and on weekends and holidays as required. Skills & Qualifications Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions. Walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials while adhering to all safety standards. Have reliable transportation to and from the project site. Available to work on weekends and holidays. Convey a positive, professional attitude aligned with Moss core values. Undergo pre‑employment drug testing.
