Associate Veterinarian – Full‑time Join the Hartwood Animal Hospital Team in Fredericksburg, VA. We are looking for a licensed veterinarian who excels in clinical decision‑making, thrives in a collaborative environment, and values clear communication. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive small‑animal and exotic animal medical care, including preventative care, internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry. Perform routine and acute medical examinations and treatments. Collaborate with support staff to maintain a positive hospital culture. Mentor and supervise support staff as needed. Participate in community outreach and client education. Qualifications Licensed veterinarian in Virginia. Strong clinical skills in prevention, medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
