???? Float Teacher – Little Bear Learning Center (Muskego, WI)
Looking for a childcare role that offers variety, flexibility, and real support ? Little Bear Learning Center is hiring a Float Teacher who enjoys working with different age groups, jumping in where needed, and being a steady, positive presence for children and staff.
This is a great role for someone who loves early childhood but doesn’t want to be tied to just one classroom every day.
???? What Your Days Will Look LikeSupporting classrooms across ages as needed
Building relationships with children throughout the center
Assisting lead teachers with activities, routines, and transitions
Helping maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing environment
Stepping in confidently and keeping things running smoothly
4 ten-hour workdays
One weekday off every week
