Looking for a childcare role that offers variety, flexibility, and real support ? Little Bear Learning Center is hiring a Float Teacher who enjoys working with different age groups, jumping in where needed, and being a steady, positive presence for children and staff.

This is a great role for someone who loves early childhood but doesn’t want to be tied to just one classroom every day.

• Supporting classrooms across ages as needed

• Building relationships with children throughout the center

• Assisting lead teachers with activities, routines, and transitions

• Helping maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing environment

• Stepping in confidently and keeping things running smoothly

• 4 ten-hour workdays

• One weekday off every week
