This is asenior technical leadership role for someone who can bridge business strategyand engineering execution – defining how AI capabilities are structured,integrated, and scaled across the enterprise. Ourclient is a mid-market professional services organization that is activelyrethinking how it designs and executes its core business operations throughartificial intelligence and automation. The company is building a dedicated AIcapability to embed machine learning and generative AI into its most criticalinternal workflows – from decision support and process automation to real-timeanalytics and intelligent document processing. Whatwill you do Theideal candidate brings 8–12 years of technical experience, including a minimumof 3–5 years designing and delivering AI or ML systems at the enterprise level.You have the depth to evaluate technology options, design robust and scalablearchitectures, and guide engineering teams through complex implementationchallenges. Equally important, you communicate clearly with senior businessstakeholders – translating technical decisions into language that drivesorganizational alignment and investment decisions. Responsibilities:

• Leadend-to-end architecture design for the organization’s AI platform, includingdata pipelines, model infrastructure, integration layers, and enterprisesystems connectivity.
• Evaluateand recommend AI technologies, cloud platforms, LLM providers, and tooling thatalign with the organization’s technical environment and operationalrequirements.
• Definereference architectures and design patterns for recurring AI use cases,establishing standards that accelerate development and reduce technical risk.
• Partnerwith business and operations leaders to understand strategic priorities andtranslate them into AI architecture decisions and implementation roadmaps.
• Providetechnical oversight and guidance to ML engineers, data scientists, andintegration developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Leadtechnical discovery engagements with internal stakeholders, assessingcurrent-state systems, data assets, and integration requirements for AIsolutions.
• Designsecurity, governance, and data privacy controls into AI systems from inception,ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Representthe AI platform’s technical vision in senior leadership forums, providing cleararchitectural guidance and managing expectations around complexity andtimelines.

Requirements: USCitizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the United States. Experience:8–12 years of technical experience, with 3–5+ years in an architecture role forAI, ML, or large-scale data systems. AI& ML Architecture: Demonstrated experience designing production AI systems,including model serving infrastructure, data pipelines, and integration withenterprise applications. CloudPlatforms: Deep proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure,or GCP) and hands-on experience with managed AI/ML services (SageMaker, VertexAI, Azure ML, or equivalent). GenAI:Working knowledge of large language model deployment patterns, including RAGarchitectures, LLM orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrationstrategies. Communication:Ability to produce clear architecture documentation, lead design reviews, andpresent technical strategies to executive audiences. Preferred: Experiencearchitecting AI solutions in a professional services, financial services, orenterprise consulting context. Familiaritywith enterprise integration patterns, API gateway design, and event-drivenarchitectures relevant to AI system connectivity. Experienceevaluating and selecting commercial AI platforms (Palantir, DataRobot, C3.ai,or similar) alongside open-source solutions. Advanceddegree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technicalfield; or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
