Calm Water and Bath is seeking a full-time Lead Sales Rep to oversee and develop our sales operations throughout South Jersey. Some evening, night, and weekend hours may be required based on business needs and team support. We offer flexible work arrangements, including hybrid, in-office, onsite, or remote options.YOUR DAYAs a Lead Sales Rep, you will be responsible for leading a team of Design Consultants and managing the sales process from the initial lead through contract signing. You will ensure that each homeowner receives a calm, professional, and trustworthy experience. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring sales metrics using i360, conducting sales meetings and team huddles, and providing guidance to your team through structured coaching and regular field visits. You will also be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales representatives while upholding our standards for professionalism and brand integrity.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU5+ years of sales leadership experience in home improvement (one-day bath or remodeling preferred)Experience managing 3 – 10 sales representativesExperience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing talentDriver's license and access to reliable transportationStrong CRM skills, ideally with i360Ability to drive revenue and protect gross marginStructured, disciplined, and growth-minded approachEmotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressureFinancial literacy and margin-conscious mindsetAbility to standardize sales processes and lead effective meetingsPositive attitude and strong commitment to culture and brand integrityOUR STORYCalm Water and Bath is built on the belief that meaningful work happens best in an environment shaped by calm, clarity, and genuine support.
