Qualifications A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care. Education: Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred. Experience: 2+ years in a health care or hospice setting required; experience in family counseling regarding loss, grief, death, and dying. Required: Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs.
