Role Overview As a Guest Services Agent at Pullman Miami Airport, you will greet and assist guests, ensuring a memorable experience throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide a warm first impression. Assist with luggage, open vehicle doors, and escort guests to the front desk. Park and retrieve vehicles as requested. Escort guests and luggage to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and local points of interest. Work with other attendants to provide personalized service and maintain a clean, organized entrance area. Stand for the duration of the shift and move between the valet lot and hotel areas. Qualifications At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction. Valid driver's license with no major infractions for six months. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team. Excellent verbal communication and a pleasant, helpful personality. Ability to work full shifts, stand for extended periods, and cover various shifts including weekends and holidays. Outgoing, engaging personality with a strong desire to make an impact on guests. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $16 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and bonus programs.
