We are currently seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in Kingwood, TX, and help us continue providing exceptional care to our growing patient community.

\n Position Overview:
\n The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and skilled provider who values preventive care, chronic disease management, and fostering long-term patient relationships.

\n Key Responsibilities:
\n Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a primary care setting.
\n Conduct routine wellness exams, preventive screenings, and vaccinations.
\n Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on maintaining optimal health.
\n Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
\n Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
\n Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best clinical practices.

\n Qualifications:
\n Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
\n Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
\n Valid Texas medical license (or ability to obtain one prior to start date).
\n DEA certification.
\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
