Key job responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Global Promotions team to develop ROI models evaluate offers and craft compelling financial analyses that inform promotional campaigns.
- Proactively dive deep to ensure reporting accuracy audit financial data identify root causes of discrepancies and implement solutions to resolve finance issues
- Enhance financial controllership through sophisticated reporting and process improvements leading projects to execute on improvement opportunities with measurable results
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify and implement strategic opportunities for optimization sharing findings and recommendations with leaders to influence decision-making

- 3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business or Bachelors degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering process re-engineering quality assurance) experience
- 3 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 3 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 3 years of identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence

- 4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
