Private Equity Independence Advisor & Risk Strategist

RSM US LLP is seeking an Independence Manager within the National Office of Ethics & Independence. The role advises client service teams on auditor independence, applying SEC, PCAOB and AICPA rules to complex client structures, including private equity relationships.
