Must-Have: - Must have PICU experience. - First-time travelers accepted. - Weekends required every other week.

Description: Previous permanent employees of any facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. All candidates must have 1 year of experience in the field. Previous charge experience is preferred. Candidates should have experience with patient ratio management and charting. Knowledge of community hospital operations is beneficial. Experience in LTAC and trauma settings is a plus. Travel experience is not required but may be advantageous. Candidates must possess skills in adult critical care and aerosol setup. Proficiency in emergency department protocols and extubation is necessary. Familiarity with various respiratory medications and equipment is required. Knowledge of pulmonary function tests and pediatric critical care is essential. Ability to manage and troubleshoot mechanical ventilation is important. Candidates will work with interdisciplinary support teams, including physical therapy and pharmacy. All references covering the last year must be provided during the compliance process. Modules for compliance and training must be completed pre-start and annually.
