Job Description Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters. Handle breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and other commercial litigation cases. Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, document production, depositions, and motion practice. Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings. Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal memoranda and briefs. Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to develop effective litigation strategies. Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple matters efficiently. Qualifications Maryland Bar license required. 3+ years of business litigation experience. Prior courtroom experience required. Actual trial experience required. Experience managing all phases of pre-trial discovery. Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
