Medicare Customer Service Representative Call Center
Location: Remote (Local candidates from Tempa, FL who can go for in-person IV are highly preferred) Duration: 9-10 months
Description: Provide exceptional customer service support for Medicare members and prospective members. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and accurately. Deliver a white-glove customer experience with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Accurately document customer interactions and required follow-up actions. Meet performance expectations related to quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of call center experience. Prior experience supporting a Medicare line of business. Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong computer proficiency, including: Navigating Windows-based systems Microsoft Office applications Typing and data entry Working across multiple applications and screens simultaneously Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain schedule adherence and attendance expectations.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to remain professional and composed in challenging customer interactions. Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing business needs, especially during AEP.
