Clinical Pharmacist: Precision Med Safety & Patient Care

CommonSpirit Health is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist to help doctors and nurses safely prescribe and dispense medications. You will review every prescription in queue, check for interactions, dosing, allergies, and unusual orders, and ensure final safety checks with the clinician. You should enjoy real-time research, learn continuously, and strive to deliver exceptional patient care.
