Role : Field Technician
Location :  Butler, WI

Pay / Track: $24.00 – $28.00+/hour W-2 career track with an opportunity for profit sharing & zero seasonal winter layoffs

• Field Technician Tier ($24–$28/hr): Run truck-mounted seamless extrusion machinery, nail pitch calculations (1/4" per 10'), execute clean miters, and handle multi-story setups.

What We Need

• 2+ years in construction, exterior remodeling, or mechanical/install trades (HVAC/cable background translates great).
