Diversified Funding Group, USA, is looking for an experienced, energetic mortgage professional to join our team as a Mortgage Database Manager / Client Relationship Manager .

This is not a traditional administrative database position . Your primary responsibility will be getting on the phone, building relationships, following up consistently, and uncovering opportunities within the client, prospect, and referral-partner database .

This position could be an excellent fit for a Loan Officer who enjoys the mortgage business but does not want to generate their own leads , or someone with experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Partner, Pre-Approval Specialist, Processor, Inside Sales Representative, Real Estate Agent, Title Professional, or similar client-facing role .

We stay connected after closing, answer questions, help clients plan for future purchases and projects, and make sure they know when a refinance or other mortgage opportunity could benefit them.

You will play a key role in making that happen.

Compensation:

$52,000+

Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to past clients, pre-approved borrowers, prospects, and leads

• Maintain consistent contact with our existing client database

• Follow up with clients who have previously expressed interest in purchasing or refinancing

• Reactivate past clients, prospects, and leads that have gone cold

• Identify potential refinance opportunities

• Speak with homeowners about their current mortgage and future financial or real estate plans

• Follow up with pre-approved borrowers who are actively or potentially looking to purchase a home

• Ask the right questions to uncover mortgage needs and future opportunities

• Build trust and long-term relationships through consistent, professional communication

• Schedule appointments and connect qualified opportunities with the appropriate mortgage professional

• Conduct outreach to Realtors and potential new referral partners

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing referral partners

• Maintain detailed and accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up dates in our CRM

• Ensure opportunities do not fall through the cracks by following up consistently

• Learn and stay current on mortgage products, terminology, processes, and guidelines

• Help deliver an exceptional client experience before, during, and long after closing

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, persistent, organized, and comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone .

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience as a Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Partner, Pre-Approval Specialist, Loan Processor, Real Estate Agent, Title Professional, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role

• Has mortgage industry experience or a strong understanding of the mortgage and real estate process

• Is comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls

• Enjoys talking to people and building genuine relationships

• Is comfortable reconnecting with past clients and prospects

• Is comfortable reaching out to Realtors and developing relationships with potential referral partners

• Has strong follow-up skills and understands that opportunities often require multiple conversations

• Is highly organized and comfortable working within a CRM/database

• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Is energetic, positive, professional, and personable

• Has a proven commitment to exceptional customer service

• Is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable

• Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through

• Wants to build a long-term career in the mortgage industry
