We inspire our guests to rise early, dream big & have fun!Responsibilities:Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine serviceBe knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinksPrepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standardsWork all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to orderKeep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammatesOur baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business:Cashier - Point of SaleExpo - Inside & Outside Order TakingWorking the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru)Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online OrdersBack of House - Cooking & PreppingQualifications:1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferredPassion for great coffee and exceptional guest serviceStrong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitudeReliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidaysComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbout Better Buzz:Founded in 2002 by two college students with a dream and a coffee cart, Better Buzz has grown into a thriving community with locations across California, Nevada, and Arizona.
