- Income Potential: Verifiable income potential of $1,400,000 with RVU-based performance and quality bonuses. Options include:
- Option #1: Trauma - Base salary of $850k.
- Option #2: Upper Extremity/Hand - Base salary of $750k.
- Option #3: Total Joints - Base salary of $750k.
- Call Schedule: Join a team of 11 Orthopedic Surgeons with a current call schedule of 1:9, improving to 1:12.
- Great Support Staff: Each physician has 2 medical assistants and an APP for follow-ups and patient rounding, plus a dedicated scribe for documentation.
- Recruiting Incentives: Includes a $50k signing bonus, up to $15k in relocation assistance, training stipend up to $3k per month, and student loan forgiveness.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Generous PTO, health, dental, vision insurance, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and retirement plans with matching contributions.
