This is a Full-time, Direct-Hire position. Responsibilities Consulting with clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case. Conducting research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts as sources. Drafting, reviewing, and advising legal texts. Appear at hearings and trials. Ensuring that data obtained during interactions with clients remain confidential and are stored securely. Oversee the negotiation of settlements. Advise clients with legal recommendations and strategies. Qualifications NYS Bar Admittance. 2-5 years of experience practicing law. Experience in commercial litigation is preferred. Exceptional contract drafting skills are a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
