Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med Surg Telemetry) – Ohio

Start Date: July 13, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Highlights:

• Med Surg Telemetry unit with high-acuity rehab beds
• Patient ratio: 1:5 across all shifts
• EPIC charting system in use
• 31-bed unit with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
• Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with diagnoses such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, and oncology
• Modern equipment including ceiling lifts and stand-assist devices

Requirements:

• 2 years of Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred
• EPIC experience required
• Valid Ohio RN license or active compact license at time of submission
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Willingness to float to different units within the organization as needed
