Job description Account Manager/Data Tango Leader?
A Tango Leader is single accountable leader for a strategic customer account , responsible for end-to-end delivery, account governance, customer engagement, growth support, and overall client success.

Position: Tango Leader (Strategic Account Delivery Leader)
Purpose Own the overall success of a strategic customer account by ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, operational governance, talent management, and support for account growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Delivery Ownership
- Overall accountability for project and program delivery within the account.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Manage portfolio health, risks, escalations, and dependencies.

2. Executive Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary delivery interface with customer leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
- Lead governance reviews and steering committee discussions.
- Drive customer satisfaction and referenceability.
3. Account Growth Enablement
- Work closely with Client Partners and Sales teams.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and transformation.
- Support pipeline development, solution shaping, and deal pursuits.

4. Financial & Portfolio Management
- Monitor revenue, margin, utilization, and delivery KPIs.
- Improve profitability and operational efficiency.

5. Talent & Team Leadership
- Lead delivery managers, architects, project managers, and technical teams.
- Build succession plans.
- Drive capability development and retention.
- Ensure high-performing delivery organizations.
6. Strategic Portfolio Governance
- Govern multiple programs and workstreams.
- Ensure alignment with account strategy and customer priorities.
- Drive transformation and innovation initiatives.
