Other duties may be assigned. Performs all work in a safe manner; promotes and fosters a safe work environment. Operates process lines and other equipment as necessary and performs minor maintenance tasks. Measures product quality properties, inputs data into SAP, takes corrective action to maintain quality within specification. Assists Line Leads/Area Leader in performing mechanical repairs. Performs product changeovers and completes necessary paperwork. Makes necessary adjustments to the lines, ensuring quality of product. Assists other operators as needed. Removes and grinds scrap from rolls and gaylords. Notifies Area Leader/Shift Supervisor and/or maintenance of all equipment/process problems. All Employees Have The Following Compliance Obligations Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Product Compliance Policy. Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations and market demands. Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of Compliance Management System. Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar job/environment, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and ability. Must Be Able To Work in a team-based environment. Work shift schedule, including overtime. Follow directions and get along well with others.
