About Us:
We are a private montessori preschool dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Our program focuses on fostering a love of learning through hands-on activities, creativity, and individualized attention.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a caring, energetic, and reliable Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive classroom environment that supports the development of young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain daily classroom routines and schedules.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates.
- Observe and assess children's development and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support student success.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and school policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
- Early Childhood Education units required.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain).
- Must pass all required background checks.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred but not required.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
