Staff Perfusionist Perfusion Solution Inc. is excited to announce a full-time opening for a Staff Perfusionist in Minot, North Dakota ! As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work alongside a supportive group of clinicians, playing a vital role in the delivery of exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Operate and manage cardiopulmonary bypass equipment during surgical procedures. Closely monitor patient vitals and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to develop and execute optimal perfusion strategies. Conduct pre‑op assessments and ensure equipment readiness. Maintain accurate documentation and continuously adhere to safety and quality standards. Stay current with evolving perfusion technologies and techniques. Requirements Graduate of an accredited perfusion program and be either ABCP exam eligible or a Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP). Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and critical thinking skills, particularly in high‑stakes environments. Experience with a wide variety of case types is highly valued.
