Key Skills/Responsibilities Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by skillfully managing teams and partnering with the General Manager to keep everything running smoothly. Proactively spot challenges and tackle them head‑on to ensure every day at the hotel flows as efficiently as possible. Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff, and help all team members—from managers to hourly employees—grow through development programs and ongoing training. Listen actively, understand concerns, and keep the lines of communication crystal clear with both colleagues and guests. Work with financial info and data, using your math skills to support our hotel’s operations. Use Windows Operating Systems to manage operations and reporting. Maintain professional appearance and grooming, ensuring everyone meets company guidelines. Show a friendly, service‑focused attitude to every guest and teammate interaction, ensuring everyone walks away happy. Education & Experience At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage), or a four‑year degree with 2–3 years, or a two‑year degree with 3–4 years of related experience. Supervisory background required. Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure. Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
