Medical Technologist Supervisor

Job Description Job Title: Laboratory Technologist Supervisor Job Description Under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will oversee testing and quality assurance activities of the point of care testing program and related functions which require technical skill in point of care testing and clinical laboratory. You will perform day‑to‑day supervision of the point of care testing and monitor processes to ensure that acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained. This includes reviewing quality assurance practices, environmental monitors, instrument and equipment maintenance/function checks, quality control, calibration, and amended reports. Schedule Monday - Friday (3pm–11pm) Must Have NYS Clinical Technologist license Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in clinical laboratory or Master's degree with 2 years of clinical lab experience Chemistry/hematology experience 1 or more years in leadership/supervisory role Soft Skills Leadership Attention to detail Quality assurance Job Type This is a permanent position. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Brooklyn, New York.
