Job Overview Columbia/NewYork-Presbyterian Advanced Imaging (CNYPAI) is a collaboration between Columbia University and NewYork-Presbyterian that provides advanced outpatient radiology and imaging services, including MRI and PET/CT, supported by leading-edge technology and a highly skilled team. Position Certified MRI Technologist – Outpatient Imaging – Part‑Time (Saturdays) Location 710 W 168th Street, New York, NY 10032 Union Role Requires registration with the 1199 Job Security Fund. Schedule Part‑Time, 18.75 hours per week Every Saturday required Flexible Monday‑Friday hours based on department needs Schedule may change depending on operating needs. Preferred Criteria One year experience in Diagnostic Imaging Previous relevant experience in MRI Prior experience with GE equipment Required Criteria High School Diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited Radiography program New York State Radiology license in Radiography and current state registration in Radiography New York State certification for intravascular contrast media injection, or obtain within six months of hire Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration in Radiography (R) Current ARRT certification and registration in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR), or obtain within six months of hire Maintain all required continuing education and renewal requirements for New York State and ARRT credentials Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Proficiency in EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, and modality‑specific software Required on‑site presence; employees must live within a commutable distance to NYP No travel reimbursement from NYP Salary Range $58.02–$68.92 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital
