CT Tech CT Technologist - Flint, MI

Step into an essential role at a busy Level II Trauma Center, performing high-quality diagnostic imaging and CT procedures during a 13-week contract assignment. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology and support a skilled medical team in delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.


Schedule:

• Three 12-hour shifts per week: 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
• Every other weekend required
• No block scheduling

Key Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of direct experience as a CT Technologist
• Current CT certification required
• Valid BLS certification required
• Comfortable working within a trauma environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt in urgent scenarios
• Proven track record of accurate, safe imaging practice
• Experience with a variety of procedures is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic scans
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout examinations
• Assess images for technical quality and communicate results promptly
• Adhere to all organizational protocols and regulatory standards for imaging
• Assist with image archiving, patient recordkeeping, and equipment maintenance
• Remain calm and precise in trauma or emergency situations
